PCP employees continue to make great strides in professional development

PCP has always prioritised continuous professional development, so we are delighted to announce, and it comes as no surprise, five of our valued employees Dave Garbett, Oliver Hodgson, Lee Mansell, Paul Simms, and Dave Tyler have successfully completed their NVQ in Machine Printing.

“It takes a great deal of dedication and hard work to take on additional learning, and I am proud to see so many of our employees taking this important step. Investing in your own learning and development, not only improves your own skills, but you are also supporting the future success of our business. Congratulations on your achievements – Well Done and keep up your amazing work!” Says Adam Walker, PCP’s Operations Director.

Supporting employees’ access to training courses while they are at work has significant benefits for both employers and individuals. And we are strong supporters of on-the-job training, which plays an important role in succession planning and ensuring we have the best skill set now and in the future.

In addition to the five employees who achieved their NVQ, five more employees have been enrolled in additional NVQ training courses, including Print Technician and Team Leading NVQs.
