Two new recruits for PCP

Precision Colour Printing is delighted to welcome on board two new members of the team, Trainee Customer Service Representative, Sheena Perry and Trainee Estimator Harry Smart.

Sheena whose background is in Customer Service joins PCP from Patisserie Valerie where she worked as Deputy Manager. Sheena’s primary roles were to manage her team whilst dealing with customers. Prior to this Sheena worked for Frankie and Benny’s as Assistant Manager. Sheena spent 8 years working in various roles but with her main focus always on delivering excellent customer service. Sheena says;

“I joined PCP to begin a career within the printing industry. I have a strong customer service background and I am looking forward to learning about the industry in order to help with my training & development”.

Harry joins PCP from Magnus Industrial Supplies where he worked as a Design Department Operative. Harry carried out a number of different roles including working hand on, on various machines. Prior to this Harry worked for Chartered Accountant, Daw White Murrall where he spent 2 years working as a Trainee Accountant gaining AAT Level 4 Accreditation. Harry hopes to combine his hand-on experience and accounting background in his new role as Trainee Estimator. Harry says;

“I joined PCP because I wanted to start a career in estimating. I enjoy working with numbers and doing something hands on, and estimating ticks both these boxes. In the near future I would hope to have completed my training, and be dealing with customers on a regular basis”.

“I’m delighted to welcome on board two new members of staff. Sheena brings with her a wealth of customer service experience to complement our existing Customer Service Representative team and Harry’s appointment reflects our commitment to succession planning at PCP”.
