Precision Colour Printing are both proud and very excited to present ‘The Eighty Eight’, an occasional magazine curated by Jamie Cullum.  As well as being a talented songwriter, Jamie comments passionately on his love for magazines and therefore decided to assemble some of his most talented and trusted friends to help him put together a collection of short stories, interviews and other memorabilia for this limited edition collectors’ piece.  This beautifully crafted magazine, utilises many unique printing techniques, which PCP were able to advise and produce with every attention to detail, as desired by Jamie. Old school friends of Jamies, Kate Monument, helped design the magazine, whilst Simon Tapscott managed the project every step of the way. The Eighty Eight also offers an original song entitled ‘Don’t Wait to Love’ transcribed exclusively by Tom Richards.  The Eighty Eight magazine is now available on Jamie’s website and can also be found on his Momentum Tour starting  14th October in Dublin.

In summing up the whole production, Simon Tapscott offered his very generous comments to PCP, “… a massive thank you for the fantastic service we received from the PCP team during the production of Jamie Cullum’s magazine, The Eighty-Eight. This was a big project for us and we had a very small team of just three people.  It was quite a complex spec, with cover treatments, stickers, the 8pp rollfold and so on, and we approached the project without a specialist Production Manager or Repro house!  But the level of support, help and guidance we received was exemplary – and we are thrilled with the end product.” Praise indeed, but let us let the man himself have the last say … http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ocYqFDnW-uI&feature=youtu.be
