Leading contract publishing agency PSP Rare has won an APA International Customer Publishing Award for Springboard, the business magazine it produces on behalf of UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) and printed by Precision Colour Printing.
At a ceremony in London on 24th November, Springboard took the Best Public Sector/Government title award, emerging from a high quality short list of eight publications which included overseas entries from Australia and Abu Dhabi.
UKTI plays an important role in supporting, advising and improving economic opportunities for inward investors and exporters. It first awarded independent London publisher PSP Rare the contract to produce, market and distribute Springboard in 2008, with the objective of educating and inspiring this audience. Recent developments have seen PSP Rare begin to introduce new online foreign language versions of the magazine.
Commenting on the award, PSP’s account director for UKTI, Shalene Varcoe said:
“We have been judged ahead of several high quality publications produced by some of the biggest names in the contract publishing industry to land this award. It is recognition of all the planning and hard work that goes into producing great editorial content, design and print for a magazine that consistently delivers impact across UKTI’s business audiences.”
