Precision Colour Printing is delighted to announce the appointment of four Team Leaders, Neil Taylor, Carl Tolley, Stephen Christmas and Tony Clark. All four employees were successful having followed a rigorous internal interview process. The new Team Leader positions have been introduced to support the new culture shift as Adam Walker, Head of Operations explains;
“The Team Leaders are part of a culture shift which will encourage ownership and accountability. The newly appointed Team Leaders are a key part in being able to be more responsive and agile to manufacturing requirements. The internal interest in the position was extremely high and the calibre of all the candidates was exceptional.
We are confident that the Team Leaders will receive valuable support from their colleagues, whilst PCP provides training to broaden their skill set and develop their career at PCP”
Neil, Carl, Stephen and Tony all applied for the Team Leader position in order to progress their career within the print industry.
Tony Clark, Team Leader said;
“Having worked at PCP for 14 years I wanted to progress my career within the industry and to learn new skills. This position will give me the opportunity to develop existing skills but to learn valuable new skills as well. I’m excited about being part of this new culture and moving forwards with the company.”
