New commercial manager for PCP

Precision Colour Printing is delighted to welcome on board their new Commercial Manager, Nick Evans.

Nick who has more than 18 years’ experience in the commercial printing market joined in January 2014 and is responsible for all front end commercial aspects of the business.

Nick started as a Trainee Estimator at Goodhead Press on coldset newspapers. After climbing through the ranks to become Estimating Manager and overseeing the company’s annual paper spend of over £30 million, he ultimately became Commercial Manager at BGP following the Bicester sites major investment into heatset web offset.


Having an input into Estimating, Paper, Customer Service, Sales and Contract Negotiations with blue chip customers and suppliers, he has gained a well rounded knowledge of the printing industry.

After the purchase of BGP by Polestar in November 2012, Nick helped with the smooth transition of internal information and system procedures.

Nick who works closely with Managing Director Alex Evans said:

“I’m really pleased to have joined PCP.  In my short time here you can already see the determination in all departments in getting the job right and meeting the customer’s expectations. I’m hoping I can add to that, and help PCP achieve the growth it desires while keeping the high standards already set.”
