PCP is looking for a experienced Sheetfed printer who can provide dynamic leadership, guidance, development, instruction and support to a printing crew producing high quality printed work that is right first time and that exceeds customer expectations.
Heidelberg SM102 or Mitsubishi experience would be a advantage.
Your remit will be to safely and effectively manage a crew to efficiently produce high quality work adhering to both H&S and QA processes, ensuring that work is defect free and conforms to the required specifications.
As a number 1 Sheetfed printer you will be responsible for the Press and all work produced.
The successful candidate must be NVQ 3 City and Guilds Machine Print certified with a keen eye for quality and attention to detail in a continuous improvement environment. Health and safety awareness and a flexible attitude are essential in addition to the ability to support our print operations on a shift system at our manufacturing facility in Halesfield Telford.
Applicants with the required skills and experience will work a rotating shift arrangement include bank holidays.
